Walk and Talk Therapy
Maybe you’ve gone for a walk with a friend before and noticed that you feel more relaxed and comfortable opening up. Walk and talk therapy uses the therapeutic qualities of nature and movement to enhance the therapeutic experience. It takes the therapy session outdoors, to anywhere from a park to nearby trails.
